Tour Plan

Day 1

Arrival & Consultation

Airport pickup and transfer to the Ayurvedic resort. Personal consultation with the resident Ayurvedic doctor. Customized treatment plan designed for your needs.
Day 2

Begin Treatments

Morning yoga session. First Ayurvedic treatments including Abhyanga oil massage and herbal steam bath. Afternoon guided meditation by the gardens.
Day 3

Tea Estate & Nature Walk

Gentle morning walk through nearby tea plantations. Visit a tea factory. Afternoon Shirodhara treatment and relaxation time.
Day 4

Deep Healing Day

Full day of intensive treatments. Herbal body wrap, head massage, and reflexology. Cooking class on Ayurvedic cuisine in the evening.
Day 5

Kandy Cultural Visit

Optional excursion to Kandy. Visit the Temple of the Tooth and the Royal Botanical Gardens. Return to the resort for evening treatments.
